The Tyler Junior College Wellness & Exercise Science Sports Performance Camp will assess and train local junior high and high school athletes to enhance their strength, agility and speed. This training is applicable to ALL sports, but no specific sport is played or practiced during training. These athletes will train two days a week for 1.5 hours to improve overall strength and conditioning.
- $73 price includes T-shirt, camp photo, and all supplies.
- Campers must provide their own snacks.
